Can I Return It?

For the health and safety of our valued customers and staff, Femi Toys does not take returns on any product sold on this site. However, if item was received defective or damaged please see the following:

If received damaged or defective product, you have 7 days from the day you received the item to contact customerservice@femitoys.com .  Please include in email detailed description of problem and pictures of item. 

  • After 7 days of package delivery all sales are Final.
  • All CLEARANCE items are Final Sale.

Changing Order

If wrong size, color, etc. was ordered please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you. Email us here for further assistance.

Canceling Order

Once an order has been placed the purchase cannot be canceled. However, if you changed your mind on the item ordered please email us here so we can personally assist you.
