Femi Toys is an 18+ site and we do not ship to persons under 18 years old.
Here at Femi Toys we care about your privacy. The shipping labels on the box and packing slip are generic and do not mention Femi Toys. The package will either be a plain box or padded envelope. Statements on your credit card will appear as "FT LLC."
We currently offer affordable flat rate shipping depending on total order weight. Shipping is calculated at checkout.
Femi Toys currently ships to the United States only. Any order placed with a ship to address outside of the United States will be canceled.
Orders are processed and shipped Monday - Saturday. Tracking details and information will be provided once your item(s) have shipped from the warehouse(s) and details become available form the courier.
We like to get your package to you as fast as possible. Best courier type will be determined by us at time of processing. You will be notified via email how it will be shipped along with tracking details.
Shipping times below are estimates and starts once item(s) have shipped from our warehouse(s). Details and tracking information will be provided once received from courier.
UPS Ground: 1 - 5 business days (within the 50 states and Puerto Rico)
USPS Ground: 2 - 8 business days
USPS Express: 1 - 2 business days
FedEx Ground: 1 - 5 business days (48 contiguous U.S. states)
3 - 7 business days (Alaska and Hawaii)
Shipping to a military address (APO, FPO) works differently than regular shipping. The US Postal Service delivers directly to the military postal system and then they take over and deliver to the various military bases. Once the shipment leaves the US Postal Service, the shipment can no longer be tracked. Please be aware that the military may confiscate some items that do not conform to their list of accepted items. Priority US Mail Shipping. Delivery within 1-3 weeks.
We are not responsible for any additional expenses incurred or for the retention of your order by customs if it does not pass inspection and you will not be refunded.
Full and complete shipping information must be provided. If full shipping information is not collected at time of order your order will be placed on hold. You will receive a follow up email requesting details be provided to complete order.
If at the time your order is being processed and an item becomes unavailable, you will receive an email notification. You then have the option to either receive full refund for item or receive a discount to purchase any other product of your choice (discount details provided in email correspondence).
